This was the cutest store everrrrr! I absolutely loved the architect of the ramp that was built inside and I love how everything is PINK! I love how in this store you don’t have to carry any of the products that you want to buy. You just have to tell a sales associate the items you’re interested in and you’ll pay right then and there on an iPad. When your order is ready, just head to the window and you are all set. Since I attended Philly’s open streets, glossier was having a lipgloss charm station outdoor. If you purchase any lip balm you can get a charm/keychain added to the corner of your lip balm which was the cutest thing ever!

Emma was very nice! It was my first time at a Glossier store. I purchased the mint balm based on her and other shoppers’ suggestions and love it! (Safe to say I am trading my daily Carmax for the mint balm because I didn’t need to constantly replenish it while walking around in cold weather.)

A nice experience from start to finish. Before even entering the store there was an employee who was outside that explained to us that we were allowed (and encouraged) to try everything in the store. Once we entered we were allowed to do just that, and the best part was that no employees hounded you with questions or asked if you needed help, but they were always nearby in case you had questions. As someone who mostly shops online, it was nice to be able to explore without having to socialize a ton. They also have the same deals they have online. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and the packaging you get with your order is so cute and reusable!

I stopped in this morning for skin tint and a lip balm and couldn’t help but notice one of the employee’s lip balms had a cute charm on it! She said they weren’t currently offering them and I was okay with it, it was just soooo cute! And then once I rang up, it took an extra moment and she came out and told me “You’ll notice your lip balm’s package is open, I put a charm on for you!” It was so special and kind! Thank you, Shannon!

I am in Philly for the day, visiting family, and it is my first time visiting the charming girly beauty Glossier downtown store. We check out the two new fragrances, Glossier You Rêve and You Doux, here, which are both delightful, lovely scents. Excellent, attentive service and an opportunity to shop with assistance. If you made a purchase, you can take advantage of the selfie station while you wait for the package.

This was my first time at a Glossier store and my first time purchasing Glossier products. I was so impressed with the store, it is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I love the work uniforms too! Maggie was very helpful and friendly. I love the added sticker with each purchase! I will definitely be returning to a Glossier store or purchase more Glossier products in the future.

I went to Philly for the first time today and when I heard Glossier was there I flipped!! It was a beautiful store on the outside and inside. All of the staff were very nice and super helpful but especially Emily! She was so so kind and gave me some extra stickers in my bag! This was my first visit to an in person Glossier location but it won't be my last! Love my glossier products ❤️

I did not even know there was a Glossier location in Philly until I drove by this one. The aesthetics matched the traditional brand of the company, with so many cute photo opportunities. The workers were very sweet and helpful. I would come back to this location if I were ever in the area!!

I went in for the first time and I'm so glad I did. I really need to shop more in perso. It was so easy and obviously great to try everything first. And, when I bought my lip balm, they put a free charm on it. Lol it's just wonderful. Please don't close this store!

This place is so beautiful. The aesthetics of these stores are always impressive but this location is so gorgeous. They have so many testers and I love the scent displays they have for each perfume. Every time I come to one of these stores I love all the new selections they have. I got the passport book for only 5 dollars and they put a picture of us in it!
